*All AUSTRALIAN orders are placed on a Friday night via our partner warehouse/cut-off time 8 pm AWST. Orders will then be despatched the following Thursday/ Friday* – note if you place your order on a Thursday/Friday your order will be much quicker. If you miss our cut-off and place your order on a Saturday morning, you have a much longer wait.

*We ship all completed orders as soon as possible (we do not hold orders). All orders that are placed online are dispatched within 10 business days. Please be mindful of Public holidays, in different states and countries, that shipping may take a little longer than usual.*

Local orders have the option to collect from our head office free of charge. Please key in coupon code pickup-local when you check out. Please contact to arrange a suitable time to collect.

Are postage times delayed?  YES, and it is getting quicker each week.

I paid Express shipping, why did you not post the next day?

If the product is not a general stocked item, it will not be here in Perth. We will need to wait for your warehouse delivery to then post the order via Express.

Why do you not stock all the items on your website?

Our dream would be to have a warehouse in Australia and stock all our 13,000 plus products. Due to supply and demand, we only stock the highest selling products only to save on costs.

Orders are taking so long I would like a refund.

As we are currently experiencing delays from our couriers, we appreciate that you are patiently waiting for your order. However, we can offer a cash refund minus bank transaction fees deducted or a full credit refund to your GMS account for future magic purchases.

My parcel is missing?

All our parcels are tracked via Australia Post. We can see who has signed for the parcel.

As soon as the parcel leaves our office and in the hands of the courier. It is then in the hands of the courier and the customer must contact the courier company to trace their parcel.
